Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp melted butter
  5. 1 lb farmer’s cottage cheese
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine the eggs, water, flour and butter.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour then fry.
  3. This should give you 9-10 tissue thin crepes.
  4. Combine the cottage cheese with sugar.
  5. Spoon cottage cheese onto crepes and roll.
  6. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350F until brown.

Ingredients
  1. 3 eggs beaten
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 250 ml dry cottage cheese
  4. 250 ml matzo meal
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Blend in milk and cottage cheese.
  3. Combine matzo meal, salt and sugar.
  4. Add to cheese mixture, beating just to blend.
  5. Preheat skillet.
  6. Grease lightly and spoon batter on pan.
  7. Brown latkes on both sides.

Ingredients
  1. 2 heaping cups Farfel
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 3 eggs separated
  6. 1/2 lemon rind and juice
  7. 3/4 cup matzo meal
  8. 4 apples grated
Instructions
  1. Pour boiling water over the farfel and 1/2 tsp salt until absorbed
  2. Mix together the farfel, sugar, salt, lemon, matzo meal, egg yolks and apples.
  3. Place in a greased pan.
  4. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture.

Ingredients

  2. 1 lb very thin noodles (capellini)
  3. 1/2 cup oil

Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles with 1 tsp salt.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and ½ cup sugar.

  5. Add this to pasta and mix well.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Beat the eggs in another bowl, add remaining salt, remaining sugar, pepper, and cinnamon. Pour into the pasta mixture and toss well.

  9. Remove from oven and turn upside down on a plate.

Ingredients

  2. 3 or 4 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a large glass pan(9x13)
  3. Make the corn flakes and brown sugar mixture.
  4. In a food processor, beat the eggs until foamy.
  5. Add the sugar slowly and continue beating.
  6. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, milk and melted butter.
  7. Slow the food processor and add the cooked noodles. (add some raisins if you wish)
  8. Mix well.
  9. Put in greased pan.
  10. Sprinkle the corn flakes over the mixture and drip the melted butter over this.
  11. Bake for one hour.

  5. Pour in the cream mixture and store in fridge for 12 hours.
