Ingredients
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- Whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Jello cut into squares
- 1 Jelly roll
Instructions
- In a large bowl, soak two envelopes of gelatin in ½ cup cold water. Add ½ cup hot water and ¾ cup pineapple juice.
- In small bowl, whip cream, beat in ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp vanilla.
- Add to gelatin and fold in Jello squares.
- Slightly grease pan with mayonnaise and line pan with sliced jelly roll.
- Pour in the cream mixture and store in fridge for 12 hours.
