Ingredients
  1. 2 envelopes gelatin
  2. 1/2 cup cold water
  3. 1/2 cup hot water
  4. 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  5. Whipping cream
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  8. Jello cut into squares
  9. 1 Jelly roll
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, soak two envelopes of gelatin in ½ cup cold water. Add ½ cup hot water and ¾ cup pineapple juice.
  2. In small bowl, whip cream, beat in ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp vanilla.
  3. Add to gelatin and fold in Jello squares.
  4. Slightly grease pan with mayonnaise and line pan with sliced jelly roll.
  5. Pour in the cream mixture and store in fridge for 12 hours.
