Ingredients
- 2/3 cup instant milk powder
- 1 1/3 cup cold water
- 2/3 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- Rind of 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In large casserole, whisk milk powder and water.
- Add honey and eggs.
- Beat until frothy.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Place in cold oven and bake at 350F for 50 minutes
