Ingredients
  1. 2/3 cup instant milk powder
  2. 1 1/3 cup cold water
  3. 2/3 cup honey
  4. 3 eggs
  5. Rind of 1/2 orange
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1/2 cup raisins
  8. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  9. 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
  1. In large casserole, whisk milk powder and water.
  2. Add honey and eggs.
  3. Beat until frothy.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place in cold oven and bake at 350F for 50 minutes

  1. Do not preheat oven

Ingredients
  1. 8 cups rhubarb in 1 inch pieces
  2. 2 cups raisins
  3. 3 oranges-rind and juice
  4. 1 lemon rind and juice
  5. 1 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Boil rhubarb, raisins and sugar for 20 minutes.
  2. Add orange and lemon and boil at medium temp.
  3. until thick.
  4. Add a little kahlua.
