Ingredients
  1. 1 4 lb chicken
  2. 1/2 cup apricot jam
  3. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  4. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp tobacco
  7. 1 clove garlic chopped
  8. 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut chicken into 4 pieces.
  3. Pat dry and place skin side up on a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and cook 3 or 4 minutes until well blended.
  5. Brush glaze on chicken and cook for 50 minutes.
