Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
- Juice of 3 oranges
- Grated rind & juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mashed strawberries
- 2/3 cup applesauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over orange and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
- Set aside for 5 minutes to soften.
- Add sugar and lemon rind.
- Stir over a low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
- Cool.
- Stir into strawberry and apple sauce.
- Spoon into a shallow metal pan and freeze about 4 hours.
- Let sit at room temp before serving.
