Ingredients
  1. 2 cups pineapple tid bits
  2. 1 cup green pepper
  3. Veg. bullion cubes
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 2 tbsp corn starch
  6. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp vinegar
  8. 6 tbsp sugar
  9. ½ tsp ginger
  10. 2 cups solid tuna
  11. 2 tbsp butter
  12. 6 oz dried noodles
Instructions
  1. Drain pineapple and save syrup.
  2. In a saucepan combine 2/3 cup above syrup, green pepper, pineapple, bullion, and water.
  3. Heat to boiling then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix corn starch with remaining syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Stir into pineapple mixture until thick and clear.
  6. Add Tuna and butter.

Ingredients
  1. 1 large brisket
  2. Seasoned salt
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  5. 1 cup ketchup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Season well with seasoning.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with vinegar.
  4. Frost with Ketchup.
  5. Bake uncovered until semi tender 1 1/2 to 3 hours.
  6. Remove meat from gravy and cool.
  7. Skim fat.
  8. Add water to dilute gravy.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  10. Let brisket cool then slice.
  11. Place the slices in an ovenproof casserole.
  12. Cover with gravy and seal tightly with aluminum foil.
  13. Heat until tender (1 hour).

  6. Wrap snugly in foil.
  7. Roast for three hours or till tender.
  8. Wrap well and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Skim excess fat, then slice thinly and reheat for an hour or so at 325.

Ingredients
  1. 3 lb Beef brisket
  2. 2 tsp paprika
  3. 1 tsp dry mustard
  4. 1/2 tsp pepper
  5. 2 onions chopped
  6. 1/2 cup orange juice
  7. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  8. 3 tbsp liquid honey
  9. 2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
  1. Trim the fat from the meat.
  2. Combine paprika, mustard and pepper; rub this all over the meat.
  3. Spread onions in a 12 cup shallow microwaveable casserole.
  4. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey and garlic; pour over meat and turn to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  6. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  7. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  8. Microwave covered for 90 minutes at medium [50%].
  9. Turn the meat over twice and baste.
  10. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  11. Slice the meat across the grain.
  12. Return to casserole and microwave for 30 to 40 minutes.
  13. Check for fork tender.
Notes
  1. If you have a microwave that turns, you will have to use a smaller dish that will be able to turn and not catch.
