Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple tid bits
- 1 cup green pepper
- Veg. bullion cubes
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ginger
- 2 cups solid tuna
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 oz dried noodles
Instructions
- Drain pineapple and save syrup.
- In a saucepan combine 2/3 cup above syrup, green pepper, pineapple, bullion, and water.
- Heat to boiling then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix corn starch with remaining syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
- Stir into pineapple mixture until thick and clear.
- Add Tuna and butter.
