Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs separated
  2. 1/2 cup + 2 tsp sugar
  3. 6 tbsp cocoa
Instructions
  1. Beat yolks till light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in cocoa.
  3. Beat whites till stiff peaks.
  4. Gently pour the egg whites into cocoa mixture.
  5. Spread on prepared jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tsp sugar on a tea towel.
  8. Invert cake onto towel and roll up quickly.
  9. Cool 20 minutes.
Filling
  1. Combine 1 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa.
  2. Chill well.
  3. Unroll cake.
  4. Spread 1/2 filling.
  5. Reroll and spread the remaining mixture.
