Ingredients

  2. 1 cup yogurt and milk
  3. 3 tbsp oil
  4. 3 tbsp honey
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp soda
  9. 1/2 cup dates and raisins
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. Grated orange rind
Instructions
  1. Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes or overnight.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, and honey.
  3. Blend into flour.
  4. Add fruit
  5. Spoon into tins.
  6. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
