Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup yogurt and milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 cup dates and raisins
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Grated orange rind
Instructions
- Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes or overnight.
- Mix eggs, oil, and honey.
- Blend into flour.
- Add fruit
- Spoon into tins.
- Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
