Ingredients
- 10 peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup wine
- 1 inch piece of cinnamon
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 large strip of lemon rind
Instructions
- Combine mixture in mixing bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes stir once. Remove cinnamon, cloves and lemon rind. Serve cooled with an almond biscuit.
