Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup oil
  2. 1 tsp baking soda
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  7. 2 tbsp molasses
  8. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  9. 1/2 cup flour
  10. 1/8 tsp cloves
  11. 1/2 cup wheat germ
  12. 1 1/2 cups bran
  13. 1/4 cup sesame seed
  14. 1/2 cup raisins
  15. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  16. 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400F.
  2. Beat oil, brown sugar, egg and molasses well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and beat together.
  4. Pour batter into paper muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.
