Ingredients
  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 package of active yeast
  3. 5 oz jar of cheese spread
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1/4 cup shortening
  6. 2 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixer bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 package of active yeast dissolved in water.
  2. Warm and stir a 5 oz jar of cheese spreadAdd to the dry ingredients.
  3. Add one egg.
  4. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute then 3 minutes at high speed.
  5. By hand stir in 1 cup flour.
  6. Shape into 12 rolls.
  7. Place in well greased muffin pan.
  8. Let rise for 1-1/2 hours.
  9. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan.

Ingredients
  1. 6 cups flour
  2. 2 Fleishman yeast
  3. 5 eggs
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 cups warm water
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3/4 cups oil
  8. 1/2 cup butter
  9. 1 cup raisins.
Instructions
  1. Put the flour in a large pan and make a well in the middle.
  2. Put all ingredients in the well and mix with a spoon.
  3. Finish with hands.
  4. Cover with towel and let stand over night.
  5. In the morning, make balls about the size of golf balls and roll them in melted butter and sugar with cinnamon.
  6. Place in pan, not close together, and let stand until double their size.
  7. Bake at 350F for 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Cool and remove from pan.
