Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 cup flour
  6. 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients together and blend with butter mixture.
  4. Roll out to 1/8 inch on floured surface.
  5. Cut in 2 1/2 inch rounds.
  6. Place on greased baking sheet and prick with fork.
  7. Bake at 350F until golden 8-10 min.
