Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Stir remaining ingredients together and blend with butter mixture.
- Roll out to 1/8 inch on floured surface.
- Cut in 2 1/2 inch rounds.
- Place on greased baking sheet and prick with fork.
- Bake at 350F until golden 8-10 min.
