Ingredients
- 1 each Grapefruit, apple, pear, orange, peach, and nectarine
- 1/2 melon
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup wine
Instructions
- Wash and peel all the fruit except bananas.
- Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Add nuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice and wine.
- Pour over fruit and mix well.
- Let sit for 3 hours.
- Slice in bananas before serving.
- Sprinkle each serving with coconut.
