Ingredients
  1. 1 tsp powdered wasabi
  2. 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  3. 1 tsp water
  4. 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  5. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1/4 cup chopped pickled ginger
  7. 2 cups cooked rice
  8. 2 Tbsp mayo
  9. 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  10. 4 sheets nori
  11. 3/4 pound crab meat
  12. 4 10 inch tortillas
  13. 1 cup chopped avocado
Instructions
  1. Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixture with the rice.
  4. Add vinegar and gently stir in the rest.
  5. Line each tortilla with a sheet of nori
  6. Divide the mixture evenly in the tortillas and wrap.
For rice
  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1ΒΌ cup water
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz (250gm) cream cheese
  2. 2 Tbsp (25 ml) Russian style mustard
  3. 1 Tbsp (15ml) sour cream or yogurt
  4. 4 9 inch Tortillas
  5. 12 oz (375gm) smoked sliced salmon
  6. 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  7. 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  8. 8 leaves Boston lettuce
Instructions
  1. Cream together cheese, mustard and sour cream.
  2. Arrange Tortillas on counter and cover evenly with cheese spread.
  3. Arrange smoked salmon on the cheese spread - leave 1 inch.
  4. border on top with only cheese spread to adhere better.
  5. Sprinkle salmon with dill and chives and place lettuce on top.
  6. Roll the tortillas up tightly.
  7. Press firmly to seal.
  8. Wrap and refrigerate.
  9. To serve, cut off the ends for yourself.
  10. Cut the rest into eight slices and serve on shredded lettuce.
