Ingredients
- 6 cups torn lettuce
- 1 16oz can kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken cut up
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese strips
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp grated onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup salad oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, put lettuce, cheese, chicken, beans and cucumber.
- Chill.
For Dressing
- In mixer, combine vinegar, sugar, onion, salt, celery seed, mustard and paprika.
- Gradually add oil beating constantly.
- Chill.
- To serve, shake dressing well and pour over.
