Ingredients
- 4 lb inexpensive beef
- 1 large onion quartered
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 50g pouch onion soup mix
- 2 cups dry red wine
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Place everything in a casserole with lid and bake covered for 350F for 3 hours or meat is tender.
