  2. 1 large onion quartered
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 50g pouch onion soup mix
  5. 2 cups dry red wine
  6. 2 cups water
  7. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  8. 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  9. 1 tsp dried basil
  10. 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
  1. Place everything in a casserole with lid and bake covered for 350F for 3 hours or meat is tender.
