Ingredients
- 10 sliced whole wheat bread
- Cut into small pieces
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 tbsp pulverized almonds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 eggs beaten
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine bread and dates.
- In another bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over bread and dates and mix.
- Place in casserole and bake at 300F for 50 minutes.
