Ingredients
- 1 tsp powdered wasabi
- 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled ginger
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 4 sheets nori
- 3/4 pound crab meat
- 4 10 inch tortillas
- 1 cup chopped avocado
Instructions
- Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl.
- Add soy sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixture with the rice.
- Add vinegar and gently stir in the rest.
- Line each tortilla with a sheet of nori
- Divide the mixture evenly in the tortillas and wrap.
For rice
- 1 cup rice
- 1ΒΌ cup water
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
