Ingredients
- 4 quarts popcorn
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix popcorn and pecans in 6 quart mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in small pan and add sugar and corn syrup.
- Bring to boil, stirring and then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add vanilla and blend well.
- Pour over popcorn mixture stirring continually.
- Let stand 2 minutes to cool.
- With hands dampened in cold water, shape into 2 1/2 inch balls.
- Arrange on cookie sheet to set.
- Wrap each in plastic or foil and store in a cool dry place.
