Ingredients
  1. 1 Brisket
  2. 2 tbsp fresh parsley - minced
  3. 1 can mushroom soup
  4. 3 Cloves garlic - minced
  5. Salt and pepper for dusting
  6. 1 small onion sliced
  7. 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 2 tbsp onion soup powder
  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 3/4 cup red wine.
  12. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place meat on a large piece of foil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Rub with paprika.
  5. Combine all the remaining ingredients and spread on meat.
  6. Wrap snugly in foil.
  7. Roast for three hours or till tender.
  8. Wrap well and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Skim excess fat, then slice thinly and reheat for an hour or so at 325.
