Ingredients
- 1 Brisket
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley - minced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 Cloves garlic - minced
- Salt and pepper for dusting
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp onion soup powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup red wine.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place meat on a large piece of foil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Rub with paprika.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients and spread on meat.
- Wrap snugly in foil.
- Roast for three hours or till tender.
- Wrap well and refrigerate overnight.
- Skim excess fat, then slice thinly and reheat for an hour or so at 325.
