Ingredients
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup sweet butter
  4. 1/2 cup margarine
  5. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Add beaten egg.
  4. Make into a ball.
  5. Chill at least one hour.
  6. Roll out and flatten on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 375F till brown 12-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. While still warm, cut in half.
  10. Spread one side with seedless jam.
  11. Flip over.
  12. Ice with boiled lemon juice and icing sugar.
  13. Ice while hot.
  14. Cut into squares
