Ingredients
  1. 2 tsp salt
  2. 1 lb very thin noodles (capellini)
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 1 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles with 1 tsp salt.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and ½ cup sugar.
  4. Stir constantly until the sugar turns almost black.
  5. Add this to pasta and mix well.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Beat the eggs in another bowl, add remaining salt, remaining sugar, pepper, and cinnamon. Pour into the pasta mixture and toss well.
  8. Transfer to greased tube pan and bake for one hour.
  9. Remove from oven and turn upside down on a plate.
