Ingredients
  1. 2 cups pineapple tid bits
  2. 1 cup green pepper
  3. Veg. bullion cubes
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 2 tbsp corn starch
  6. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp vinegar
  8. 6 tbsp sugar
  9. ½ tsp ginger
  10. 2 cups solid tuna
  11. 2 tbsp butter
  12. 6 oz dried noodles
Instructions
  1. Drain pineapple and save syrup.
  2. In a saucepan combine 2/3 cup above syrup, green pepper, pineapple, bullion, and water.
  3. Heat to boiling then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix corn starch with remaining syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Stir into pineapple mixture until thick and clear.
  6. Add Tuna and butter.

Ingredients
  1. 6 cups torn lettuce
  2. 1 16oz can kidney beans
  3. 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken cut up
  4. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese strips
  5. 1/2 small cucumber
  6. 1/3 cup sugar
  7. 1/2 cup vinegar
  8. 2 tsp grated onions
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp celery seed
  11. 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  12. 1/4 tsp paprika
  13. 1 cup salad oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, put lettuce, cheese, chicken, beans and cucumber.
  2. Chill.
For Dressing
  1. In mixer, combine vinegar, sugar, onion, salt, celery seed, mustard and paprika.
  2. Gradually add oil beating constantly.
  3. Chill.
  4. To serve, shake dressing well and pour over.
