Ingredients
  1. 5 lb brisket
  2. 1 cup coca cola
  3. 1 cup peach chutney
  4. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  5. 1 package onion soup mix
  6. 1 tsp ground ginger
  7. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the marinade and pour over meat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate over night
  3. Cook covered at 325F for 3 1/2 hours.
  4. Slice when cool
  5. Cook for another 30 minutes at 325F
