Ingredients
- 5 lb brisket
- 1 cup coca cola
- 1 cup peach chutney
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the marinade and pour over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate over night
- Cook covered at 325F for 3 1/2 hours.
- Slice when cool
- Cook for another 30 minutes at 325F
