Ingredients
- 2 lbs potato
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 oz lox
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tbsp oil or spray
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes, grate and squeeze.
- Whisk together, eggs, flour and seasoning.
- Add salmon and onions.
- Oil or spray a large baking sheet.
- Drop latkes with large spoon and flatten.
- Bake in centre oven at 450F until edges are brown.
- Turn them over and bake another 7 minutes.
- After freezing, reheat at 375F for 15 minutes.
