Ingredients
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Small onion
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop up the onion in the cusinart and set aside.
- Put a little water in the cusinart.
- Skin the potatoes and cut them in sizes to get in the cusinart
- You may not get all the potatoes in at once.
- Put the chopped potatoes in in a bowl of water and then squeeze out all the water.
- Mix the baking powder with the flour.
- Put the potatoes and everything else in the cusinart and blend.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan( like a 1/4 inch). Drop a spoonful from the cusinart into the HOT oil. Brown on both sides, turning once only.
- You may even have to add oil if the potatoes soak it up.
- Start with a tablespoon from your drawer and larger if you need.
- ps. I know I spelled cusinart wrong.
- I don't have to tell you to put them on a paper towel to absorb some of the oil. You must also know that we use lots of oil because of the oil that burned for 8 days.
- I hope that you have apple sauce.
- Love
