Ingredients
  1. 4 Medium Potatoes
  2. 1/4 tsp pepper
  3. 1 Small onion
  4. 1/4 Cup flour
  5. 3 Eggs
  6. 1 Tbsp Oil
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 2 tsp Baking Powder
  9. Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Chop up the onion in the cusinart and set aside.
  2. Put a little water in the cusinart.
  3. Skin the potatoes and cut them in sizes to get in the cusinart
  4. You may not get all the potatoes in at once.
  5. Put the chopped potatoes in in a bowl of water and then squeeze out all the water.
  6. Mix the baking powder with the flour.
  7. Put the potatoes and everything else in the cusinart and blend.
  8. Heat some oil in a frying pan( like a 1/4 inch). Drop a spoonful from the cusinart into the HOT oil. Brown on both sides, turning once only.
  9. You may even have to add oil if the potatoes soak it up.
  10. Start with a tablespoon from your drawer and larger if you need.
  11. ps. I know I spelled cusinart wrong.
  12. I don't have to tell you to put them on a paper towel to absorb some of the oil. You must also know that we use lots of oil because of the oil that burned for 8 days.
  13. I hope that you have apple sauce.
  14. Love
