Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp sugar
  2. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  3. 3/4 cup milk
  4. 1 egg beaten
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a 2 cup glass.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  3. Microwave uncovered for 4 minutes or until thick.
  4. Stir a small amount into egg.
  5. Whisk into sauce.
  6. Microwave uncovered at medium heat for one minute.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Immediately cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
  9. Reheat on medium.
