Ingredients
  1. 2 cups stale bread, grated
  2. 1 tsp rose water
  3. 2 cups apples, peeled grated
  4. 2 eggs lightly beaten
  5. 2 1/2 cups milk
  6. 1 1/2 cups white or brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Put the grated bread and rose water in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
