Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in a 2 cup glass.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
- Microwave uncovered for 4 minutes or until thick.
- Stir a small amount into egg.
- Whisk into sauce.
- Microwave uncovered at medium heat for one minute.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Immediately cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
- Reheat on medium.
