Ingredients
- 340 g thin Egg Noodles (Manischewitz)
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 250 ml sour cream or yogurt
- 375 ml cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 1/4 lb butter for topping melted
- Corn flakes crumbs mixed with brown sugar for topping
Instructions
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a large glass pan(9x13)
- Make the corn flakes and brown sugar mixture.
- In a food processor, beat the eggs until foamy.
- Add the sugar slowly and continue beating.
- Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, milk and melted butter.
- Slow the food processor and add the cooked noodles. (add some raisins if you wish)
- Mix well.
- Put in greased pan.
- Sprinkle the corn flakes over the mixture and drip the melted butter over this.
- Bake for one hour.
