Ingredients
  1. 340 g thin Egg Noodles (Manischewitz)
  2. 3 or 4 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 250 ml sour cream or yogurt
  5. 375 ml cottage cheese
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 1/4 lb butter, melted
  8. 1/4 lb butter for topping melted
  9. Corn flakes crumbs mixed with brown sugar for topping
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a large glass pan(9x13)
  3. Make the corn flakes and brown sugar mixture.
  4. In a food processor, beat the eggs until foamy.
  5. Add the sugar slowly and continue beating.
  6. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, milk and melted butter.
  7. Slow the food processor and add the cooked noodles. (add some raisins if you wish)
  8. Mix well.
  9. Put in greased pan.
  10. Sprinkle the corn flakes over the mixture and drip the melted butter over this.
  11. Bake for one hour.
