Ingredients
  1. 1 clove garlic
  2. 1 cup oil
  3. 1 egg
  4. 6 anchovies mashed
  5. 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. juice of one lemon
  9. Croutons
  10. dash tabasco
  11. Dash cayenne
  12. 2 heads Romaine lettuce
Instructions
  1. Crush garlic in oil, add anchovies, cayenne, tobacco, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour over lettuce.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add raw egg and lemon.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and croutons.
