Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 6 anchovies mashed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- juice of one lemon
- Croutons
- dash tabasco
- Dash cayenne
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Crush garlic in oil, add anchovies, cayenne, tobacco, salt and pepper.
- Pour over lettuce.
- Toss.
- Add raw egg and lemon.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and croutons.
