Ingredients
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup oil
  3. pinch of salt
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 cup flour
  6. sugar or sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add sugar and oil.
  3. Beat until creamy.
  4. Add flour gradually.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls on greased sheet.
  7. Well spaced.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar or sesame seed.
  9. Preheat oven to 450F.
  10. Bake 5 minutes.
  11. Turn oven off and leave mixture in for one hour.
