Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup flour
- sugar or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar and oil.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add flour gradually.
- Beat well.
- Drop by spoonfuls on greased sheet.
- Well spaced.
- Sprinkle with sugar or sesame seed.
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Turn oven off and leave mixture in for one hour.
