Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 1 cup brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  6. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 3/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 cup rolled oats
  11. 1 cup sated chopped peanuts
  12. 3/4 cup raisins optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  3. Cream the butters in a large mixer bowl.
  4. Beat in sugar, egg and vanilla.
  5. Blend the flour with salt, baking powder and soda.
  6. Stir into butter mixture.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  8. Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
  9. Flatten with floured fork.
  10. Bake for 8 minutes.
Freezer Cookies
  1. Firm dough into 1½ inch rolls.
  2. Wrap and freeze.
  3. Slice thin and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
