Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 16oz tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper
- corn oil
Instructions
- Finely grate hard boiled eggs.
- Add ingredients except tomato juice, water and oil.
- Mix well.
- Form into small balls.
- Brown in hot oil.
- Add tomato sauce and water and simmer covered for ½ hour.
