Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine milk, honey, oil and egg.
- Mix into flour just until the flour is moistened.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
