Ingredients
  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 1/3 cups milk
  5. 1/2 cup honey
  6. 1/4 cup oil
  7. 1 egg beaten
Instructions
  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, honey, oil and egg.
  3. Mix into flour just until the flour is moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
