Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 250 ml dry cottage cheese
- 250 ml matzo meal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Beat eggs well.
- Blend in milk and cottage cheese.
- Combine matzo meal, salt and sugar.
- Add to cheese mixture, beating just to blend.
- Preheat skillet.
- Grease lightly and spoon batter on pan.
- Brown latkes on both sides.
- Serve with berries.
