Ingredients
- 8 cups rhubarb in 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups raisins
- 3 oranges-rind and juice
- 1 lemon rind and juice
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Boil rhubarb, raisins and sugar for 20 minutes.
- Add orange and lemon and boil at medium temp.
- until thick.
- Add a little kahlua.
