Ingredients
  1. 1 cup bran flakes
  2. 1/4 cup oil
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1 cup flour
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup crushed pineapple undrained
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  9. 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Combine bran flakes, milk, sugar and pineapple.
  2. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add egg and oil to bran flake mixture and beat well.
  4. Lightly stir in the dry ingredients.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
