Ingredients
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup crushed pineapple undrained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Combine bran flakes, milk, sugar and pineapple.
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add egg and oil to bran flake mixture and beat well.
- Lightly stir in the dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
