Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup raisins
Instructions
- Butter a baking sheet and preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat together the tahini, honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Stir in the walnuts, rolled oats and raisins.
- The mixture will be thick.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Store in covered tin.
