Ingredients
- 1 large apple peeled and diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400F.
- Combine apple, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, white sugar and brown sugar.
- Beat eggs with milk and butter.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry and blend.
- Stir in apple mixture.
- Spoon into greased tins and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
