Ingredients
  1. 1 large apple peeled and diced
  2. 1 tsp lemon juice
  3. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  4. pinch of nutmeg
  5. 2 1/2 cups flour
  6. 4 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/3 cup sugar
  8. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 1 cup milk
  11. 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400F.
  2. Combine apple, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, white sugar and brown sugar.
  4. Beat eggs with milk and butter.
  5. Pour wet ingredients over dry and blend.
  6. Stir in apple mixture.
  7. Spoon into greased tins and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
