Ingredients
- 2 - 3oz lemon gelatin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup relish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water, lemon juice and salt.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold.
- Chill until firm.
