Ingredients
  1. 2 - 3oz lemon gelatin
  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  3. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  4. 1 cup shredded carrots
  5. 1/2 cup diced celery
  6. 1/4 cup relish
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 2 cups boiling water
  9. 1 1/2 cups cold water
Instructions
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
