Ingredients
- 1 4 lb chicken
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp tobacco
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut chicken into 4 pieces.
- Pat dry and place skin side up on a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and cook 3 or 4 minutes until well blended.
- Brush glaze on chicken and cook for 50 minutes.
