Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp melted butter
  5. 1 lb farmer’s cottage cheese
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine the eggs, water, flour and butter.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour then fry.
  3. This should give you 9-10 tissue thin crepes.
  4. Combine the cottage cheese with sugar.
  5. Spoon cottage cheese onto crepes and roll.
  6. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350F until brown.

Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch parsley
  2. 1 bunch coriander
  3. 1 bunch green onions
  4. 2 stalks celery
  5. 2 Tbsp oil
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 4 Tbsp bread crumbs
  8. 1 Tbsp chicken soup mix
  9. Dash of pepper, cumin, all spice and cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In food processor, dice all the ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, oil, bread crumbs and soup powder.
  3. Grease a 10 inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with lime.

Ingredients
  1. 2 hard boiled eggs
  2. 1 small onion chopped
  3. 1/2 cup wheat germ
  4. 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  5. 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 16oz tomato sauce
  8. 1 tbsp water
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. corn oil
Instructions
  1. Finely grate hard boiled eggs.
  2. Add ingredients except tomato juice, water and oil.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into small balls.
  5. Brown in hot oil.
  6. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer covered for ½ hour.
