Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 lb farmer’s cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine the eggs, water, flour and butter.
- Let stand for 1 hour then fry.
- This should give you 9-10 tissue thin crepes.
- Combine the cottage cheese with sugar.
- Spoon cottage cheese onto crepes and roll.
- Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350F until brown.
