Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
  2. Juice of 3 oranges
  3. Grated rind & juice of 1 lemon
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cups mashed strawberries
  6. 2/3 cup applesauce
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle gelatin over orange and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Add sugar and lemon rind.
  4. Stir over a low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
  5. Cool.
  6. Stir into strawberry and apple sauce.
  7. Spoon into a shallow metal pan and freeze about 4 hours.
  8. Let sit at room temp before serving.
