Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups flour
  2. 1 cup 100% bran cereal
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1 cup mashed bananas
  9. 1/2 cup yogurt
  10. 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Combine the dry ingredients and nuts in a big bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with a fork in a small bowl and stir in bananas, yogurt and butter and add to dry ingredients until moistened.
  3. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove and cool on wire racks.
  5. Store in tight container.
  6. Can be frozen.

  2. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Pour pie crust mix into a medium bowl.
  3. Add grated cheese.

Ingredients
  1. 12 oz pkg pitted prunes
  2. 4 cups boiling water
  3. 1 orange
  4. 1 cinnamon stick
  5. 2 cloves
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Put prunes in bowl and cover with water.
  2. Let stand until cool.
  3. Squeeze orange and save half skin.
  4. Strain juice into prunes.
  5. Cover and keep in refrigerator over night.
  6. Lay orange peel on table and remove the white part with a sharp paring knife.
  7. Cut enough orange skin into threads to fill 1 tbsp.
  8. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
  9. Pour prunes into saucepan the next day.
  10. Add orange rind and spices and simmer until prunes are tender. (25 min.)
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Stir in sugar and por into bowl.
  13. Cover and chill.

Instructions
  1. Cream shortening, add sugar gradually, beating between additions.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with liquid to the mixture.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Divide the mixture into three parts.
  6. To one part add Choc drops.
  7. To second, add Orange drops.
  8. To third add Fruit drops.
  9. Drop dough by spoon on greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
  10. Bake 12 min at 375F.
