Ingredients
  1. 1 orange Jello
  2. 1 cup boiling water
Dissolve and add
  1. 1 6 oz can undiluted orange juice
  2. 1 10 oz can mandarin orange sections – drained
  3. Put in mold and allow to congeal.
  4. 1 lemon Jello
  5. 1 cup boiling water
  6. Dissolve and cool.
  7. 1 4oz package cream cheese softened with spoon
  8. 8 oz whipping cream, not whipped
  9. Cream together just to combine.
Instructions
  1. Add lemon Jell-o to cheese and cream.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. When orange part is congealed, pour lemon part over it.
  4. Set overnight.

Ingredients
  1. 3 oranges, free of membrane, diced
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 2 cups orange juice and water
  4. 6 oz pack orange jello
  5. 2 cups boiling water
  6. 2 bananas sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine oranges and sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Drain off juice and add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
  3. Dissolve the Jello in boiling Water.
  4. Add orange juice.
  5. Chill until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold in oranges and bananas.
  7. Pour into 6 cup mold.
  8. Chill until firm.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/2 cup butter
  3. 3/4 cup icing sugar

Instructions

  3. 1/3 cup raisins.
Instructions
  1. Cream shortening, add sugar gradually, beating between additions.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with liquid to the mixture.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Divide the mixture into three parts.
  6. To one part add Choc drops.
  7. To second, add Orange drops.
  8. To third add Fruit drops.
  9. Drop dough by spoon on greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
  10. Bake 12 min at 375F.

  5. Mix well.
  6. Mix in vanilla, apricots and almonds.
  7. Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well.
  8. Turn mixture into a prepared pan, cover and chill overnight.
  9. Next day preheat oven to 425F.
  10. Remove dough from pan and cut into three strips.
  11. Then cut strips crosswise in 2 inch slices.
  12. Arrange slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  13. Bake in preheated oven for 7 to 9 minutes.
  14. Cool on cake rack.
  15. Store in covered tin.

Ingredients
  1. 3 lbs sweet potato baked
  2. 3 apples
  3. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  4. 4 tbsp butter
  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup maple syrop
  7. 2 tbsp dark rum
  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1/4 tsp ground mace
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place oven rack in highest position.
  3. Butter a 14x9 inch dish.
  4. Let potatoes cool slightly then cut off the ends.
  5. Pull off peel with a dull knife and slice diagonally to 1/4 inch.
  6. Peel and core apples; slice longwise in thin slices.
  7. Toss in bowl with lemon juice.
  8. Combine with sliced potatoes in alternate slices.
  9. In a saucepan, combine butter, maple syrup, sugar, rum, cinnamon and mace.
  10. Stir over moderate heat until sugar is dissolved.
  11. Pour slowly over apple/potato mixture so that all is moistened.
  12. Bake in upper third of oven for 30 minutes; basting frequently.
